Gemini B Oxygen Safety Study. Volume I. Summary and Recommendations.

Abstract

In view of the recent accidents related to spacecraft oxygen systems, a re-evaluation of the Gemini B baseline for the Manned Orbiting Laboratory Program was undertaken to identify potential oxygen hazards and indicate what can be done to minimize these hazards. (Author)
