Abstract

The purpose of the Space Technical Data Report (STDR) is to familiarize personnel with the operation and service instructions of the Manual Data Insertion Unit (MDIU) and Incremental Velocity Indicator (IVI) Equipment Functional Check (EFC) Console, 52E270034. The MDIU and IVI EFC Console is part of the Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) for the Inertial Guidance System of the Gemini Spacecraft. The STDR contains a description of the console, its subassemblies, and its functions for evaluating the accuracy of the MDIU or IVI for use in the Inertial Guidance System. (Author)
