Static Test of the Hoist Loop Support Fitting.
Abstract
Results are presented for a static test conducted to demonstrate the capability of the Gemini B hoist loop support fitting and backup structure to withstand the hoist loads. The Gemini B hoist loop support fitting has been completely redesigned in order to incorporate a hatch in the large pressure bulkhead. (Author)
