Abstract
This is the Final report on the Project Mallard Technique Support Study on Millimeter Investigations (Task Directive TD-4). The aim of this Technique Support Study is (quoting TD-4) 'to determine the effects of atmospheric conditions on the transmission of high speed digital signals over line-of-sight paths at millimeter wavelengths. Specifically, sufficient data shall be collected to allow for the determination of design parameters for millimeter systems for MALLARD applications.'
