Firestarter E7R1 Wet-Cold Test

Abstract

A wet-cold test of the experimental Fire Starter, E7R1, was conducted. The results indicate that under wet-cold conditions a fire starter is needed. With a few minor exceptions concerning inadequate instructions, fuse wire, and difficulty in firing, the E7R1 fire starter appears to be satisfactory.
