Component Development Test for Glove Shells, Leather, Contoured, Wing Thumb.
Abstract
This Component Development Test was conducted in two separate wear phases. The first phase of the test was concerned only with subjective evaluations of the comparative fit, comfort and dexterity characteristics of the standard and experimental leather glove shells when worn both with and without wool glove inserts on the Dexterity Section of the FEA Handwear Testing Course. The second phase of the test was concerned with an evaluation of the comparative durability of the standard and experimental leather glove shells when worn with wool glove inserts on the Durability Section of the FEA Handwear Testing Course.
