The report is divided into two sections. The first one summarizes the research that went into the development of the model to predict the amounts of structural debris resulting from the blast and fire effects of a nuclear weapon attack on an urban area. The second section explains how the data acculated in the process of developing the debris prediction model can be utilized to predict damage to buildings. (Author)
