Multifunction Multifrequency Integrated Arrays; Conical Array Studies.
Abstract
Theoretical studies of conical geometry for shipborne antennas. Synthesis of the conical surface was found feasible, good patterns were obtained from a conical array by using 'projected' distributions with cophasal phase, and the conical configuration was found usable for improving the elevation scanning properties of cylindrical arrays.
