Timing and Framing Techniques TD-34, EST-55.

Abstract

This report has been produced in accordance with requirements of the MALLARD Project Program Management Board. It contains the results of timing and framing tests conducted over the Troposcatter Transmission Path from Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania to Fort Monmouth, N. J., and the Line of Sight Transmission Path from Camp Kilmer, N. J., to Fort Hancock, N. J. The results presented and analyzed in this report were obtained from Troposcatter Transmission Tests and from Line of Sight Transmission Tests.
