Flight Test Design for the Survivable Radio Guidance System.

Abstract

The technical documentary report describes the result of a program of flight test planning for an advanced radio guidance system intended for missile applications. The purpose of the flight test is to evaluate key technologies of the system concept; the specific test objectives are the following: Evaluation of the trajectory estimation accuracy of the system; Evaluation of the flightworthiness of the rubidium frequency standard which would be part of the missileborne equipment; Evaluation of the acquisition capability of the narrow-bandwidth computer-designated receiver which would be used in the system.
