Silver-Zinc Electrodes and Separator Research

Abstract

The objectives of the program are to provide design criteria for long life, light weight silver-zinc batteries for military aerospace applications. Effort is concentrated on the zinc electrode and separator since these are recognized as the major causes of premature failure of the silver-zinc battery.
