Polarization Agile Tracking Radar Investigation.

Abstract

The Phase Return Error Program investigates errors in glint from complex targets and determines means to alleviate them. Mathematical and experimental analysis are used to accomplish this goal. The report presents investigations of polarization agility, including theoretical and experimental results. (Author)
