Integrated PIN Diode Phase Shifter Networks.

Abstract

This report summarizes work accomplished during the first year of a development effort to product a demonstration Ku-band reflectarry with 144 diode phase shifter elements. The phase shifter being developed is a four-bit microstrip circuit using seven (7) PIN diodes. (Author)
