Icebreaker Propulsion Systems Feasibility Study. Volume VII. Mission Sensitivity Analyses.

Abstract

The results of these analyses, considering both analytical missions and actual requirements identified from other studies, appear to amply reinforce the validity of prior conclusions as to the superior cost effectiveness of nuclear propulsion systems for proposed U.S. polar icebreakers.
