Wide-Band Stripline 10-ohm Measurement System.
Abstract
The design and testing of a stripline 10-ohm measurement system capable of making low-impedance measurements on high-power transistors while they are operating in the 2- to 400-MHz frequency range is reported. The 10-ohm measurement system is more accurate than available 50-ohm measurement systems in making low-impedance measurements. The system consists of two stripline directional couplers and the input transformers.
