The Twin-Hulled Vessel 'DUPLUS'.

Abstract

On 17 November the author visited the multipurpose work vessel 'DUPLUS'. This ship, owned by the Netherlands Offshore Company, is a twin-hulled vessel, and is on a sales promotion trip and was berthed in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. The Netherlands Offshore Company has been prompted by the Government to take a bold step forward in the form of the Catamaran 'DUPLUS,' in a effort to close the existing gap in the technology of coastal and marine engineering.
