Parametric Design/Cost Effectiveness (PDCE) Study on Advanced Forward Area Air Defense Systems (AFAADS) Gun Systems. Volume II, Annex B. Detailed Effectiveness Results.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to perform a parametric design cost-effectiveness (PDCE) study on gun advanced forward area air defense systems (AFAADS). Volume II contains detailed descriptions of the industry concept evaluations (technical and cost effectiveness), the sensitivity analyses, and the GI systems developed in the study. Detailed cost and effectiveness results are contained in annexes. Engagement summary statistics for simulation evaluations of the industry concepts A through G are contained in this volume. The statistics are given for each combination of flight path and weapon position.
