Oceanographic Observations, 1966, East Coast of the United States.

Abstract

Daily water surface and bottom temperature and salinity observations for 1966 from 13 locations along the Atlantic seaboard are tabulated, plotted, and discussed. The locations are: Mt. Desert Rock Light Station; Portland Lightship; BOSTON Lightship; Nantucket Shoals Lightship; Woods Hole, Massachussetts; Buzzards Bay Entrance Light Station; Ambrose Channel Lightship; Barnegat Lightship; Five Fathom Bank Lightship; Deleware Lightship; Chesapeake Light Station; Diamond Shoal Lightship and Light Station; Frying Pan Shoals Light Station.
