Submarine Geomorphology of Eastern Ross Sea and Sulzberger Bay, Antarctica.

Abstract

Using data obtained during the Deep Freeze 61 marine geophysical investigations, the report graphically describes the submarine topography of the eastern Ross Sea and Sulzberger Bay areas of Antarctica. The origins of the large depressions and ridges are discussed in the light of their relationship to Pleistocene glacial history and structural geology. (Author)
