An Appraisal of the Associate Degree Completion Program by its Graduates

Abstract

The report reveals the results of a study on the attitudes, opinions and experiences of the first group of Naval pilot training (ADCOP) graduates six months after their return to the fleet. Survey questionnaires were mailed to the men who comprised ADCOP's first graudating class. Questions dealt with background information, career motivation and opinions of the program.
