Advanced ACS Valve Development Program.

Abstract

This report contains design criteria and development test results for a flight weight, magnetically-linked, bipropellant valve. This program was performed as a part of the Air Force Rocket Propulsion Laboratory effort to develop the component technology needed to support the requirements for high energy propulsion systems. The program met all of its technical requirements, as amended, which includes basic design technology, design verification tests, and prototype hardware for an advanced bipropellant, attitude control pulse valve utilizing a metal-to-metal sealing interface.
