Ballparc II, Total System Time Phased Cost Model Programmer's Guide.

Abstract

A digital computer program designed to calculate time phased advanced weapon system cost estimates and present cost estimates in a variety of reports, both time phased and static. The basic structure of the cost model is in agreement with the appropriation and work breakdown structure of Air Force Systems Command Manual 173-1. The program is a revision of the BALLPARC I code, and it supercedes earlier versions. (Author)
