A Multiple-Scale Research Program in Tropical Meteorology.
Abstract
Results of further processing and analysis of data collected during the 1968 Barbados Field Program, and preliminary results of several diagnostic and prognostic calculations on several scales of tropical weather systems are presented. A discussion of plans and preparations for the 1969 Barbados Field Program in conjunction with the Barbados Oceanographic and Meteorological Experiment (BOMEX) is also given. (Author)
