System Safety Analytical Technology - Fault Tree Analysis.

Abstract

This document describes the fault tree method of analysis to identify and graphically depict the relationships and causes of an undesired event. When progressively applied, it can be used to examine and numerically evaluate an entire system. Subsidiary uses are discussed in the Introduction. (Author)
