Evaluation Models U H F Sampling Same Frequency Repeater.

Abstract

Two Evaluation Model UHF Sampling Same Frequency Repeaters were designed, built, and flight tested. The units operated in the 225 - 400 MHz band and had an output power of 10 watts. Extended range relaying in both ground - air - ground and air - air - ground modes was demonstrated. In addition, synchronous operation of two repeaters, permitting simultaneous relay operation from a single aircraft was demonstrated. (Author)
