Microcircuit Crystal Oscillator.

Abstract

Yield and reliability difficulties were experienced in the production of the thin film R-C network substrate. These difficulties were overcome and the processes are now firm. Initial engineering samples shipped proved unsatisfactory. A simple change in bonding cured the problem and new samples were shipped. Data taken on these samples is included in this report. Pilot line operation continues to expand and production of first article samples has commenced. (Author)
