Abstract

The current organization and work of the British Ship Research Association (BSRA) in Wallsend, England are reviewed. Emphasis is placed at BSRA on work that is likely to lead to more economical construction of reliable ships. Brief comments on the current procurement procedure for ships are included. (Author)
