Synthetic Aperture Helicopter Radar Experimental Evaluation Program.

Abstract

The object of the program is to determine the resolution and MTI performance of a helicopter radar concept employing rotor tip mounted antennas and real-time digital synthetic aperture processing. The present report describes and analyzes the results of system tests performed to determine resolution and MTI performance capabilities. (Author)
