Wind Predictability Studies. Phase 2.

Abstract

The report covers a study performed to assess the predictability of 5-, 10-, 15-, 30-, and 60-minute average wind directions. This was compared to 1-minute values obtained in a previous study. A limited study was also made to assess the spatial variability of wind fields. Again, this was compared to point locations previously studied. (Author)
