Abstract
This report records the results of the technical effort associated with the design and development of the TD223 Power Conditioners for the period from contract award at 31. 12. 69 to Mallard programme point X + 4 at 27. 2. 70. The report is in two parts. Part 1 gives an account of the technical activities to date while Part 2 gives Design Procedures of the initial designs for those requiring greater technical depth.
