IPP-1 Program Improvements.
Abstract
The report documents six distinct sections of work performed on the Rome Air Development Center (RADC) Interference Prediction Program (IPP-1). Major areas in which work was performed are: (1) Near-field antenna coupling, (2) Empirical propagation modeling, (3) Frequency-distance separation criteria interference analysis, (4) Improved data and program input formats, (5) Program execution from magnetic tape (IMCV), (6) Documentation control procedures for program changes and/or additions, and (7) Miscellaneous logic changes to enhance program efficiency. Appendices to the report include technical justification. (Author)
