The MM16 High-Speed Digital Minimodulus (Micromodular) Technique,

Abstract

The article describes a transistorized, static, digital unit with single-level logic, constituting a set of logic elements which may be incorporated in the design of high-speed logic circuitry. In principle, the MM16 employs a single logic function, which, depending on the system adopted, either negates the product (NAND) or negates the sum (NOR). Interconnection of several of these units is possible without the need for intermediate equipment.
