Mode Conversion Program for an Inhomogeneous Isotropic Ionosphere.

Abstract

The report presents a Fortran 4 computer program for numerically determining mode conversion coefficients and mode sums (for vertical dipole excitation) for a waveguide which is inhomogeneous in both the direction vertical to the ground and in the direction of propagation. No allowance is made for anisotropy. (Author)
