Facility Condition and Readiness Definition for the Integrated Facilities System.
Abstract
The document reports the significant results of the Facility Condition and Readiness (FC+R) definition task conducted as part of the Phase IIA development effort for the Integrated Facilities System (IFS). It reports on the FC+R Module in terms of: (1) the facility condition information requirements in the context of the overall IFS; (2) the methodology for developing the information on facility physical condition and state of repair; and (3) the plan for a Field Test and Impact Analysis of both the information requirements and the method for determining facility condition information.
