Large-Signal Characteristics of Avalanche-Diode Oscillators.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the large-signal operating characteristics of IMPATT diodes. Large-signal analyses for two types of models are presented and experimental results are obtained and compared with the theoretical ones. (Author)
