Oceanographic Data Report, Project LOLA, June 1963, USS COUCAL (ASR-8),

Abstract

Sound velocity and bathythermograph measurements were made from USS COUCAL (ASR-8) in the western Pacific during June 1963 in connection with Project LOLA. Presented in this report are: 17 profiles of direct sound velocity measurements taken by velocimeter and corresponding tabulated velocities for each, 2 oceanographic log sheets 'B' of BT slide numbers and associated surface data, and 27 BT temperature profiles.
