Geometrical Optimization of Domed GaAs Photoemissive Diodes,

Abstract

The index of refraction ratio relationship for dome/junction size does not include the effects of optical absorption in the dome. An optimum size for a hemispherical dome, taking absorption into account, is derived. (Author)
