Initial Production Test of Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical CX-11230( )/G.

Abstract

The U. S. Army Electronic Proving Ground (USAEPG), Fort Huachuca, Arizona, conducted an Initial Production Test of Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical CX-11230( )/G to determine its degree of compliance with military specifications, safety and human factors characteristics, maintainability, and suitability for release. Random samples from 40 test items were bench and field tested at USAEPG from January through April 1970. White Sands Missile Range provided support for cable rentention, breaking strength, and moisture resistance subtests.
