Engineering Test of Radiac Training Set AN/TDQ-T1.

Abstract

The U.S. Army Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona, conducted an engineering test of Radiac Training Set AN/TDQ-T1 to determine its technical performance, engineering adequacy, and safety characteristics. Three Radiac Training Sets were provided for test. The AN/TDQ-T1 was tested during the period June 1969 through May 1970. Testing was conducted at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, and White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. All testing was conducted under laboratory conditions with the exception of subtest 2.9 (Directional Antenna Beamwidth) and subtest 2.10 (System Performance) which were field tested.
