Optimum Gyrators.

Abstract

Integrated-circuit amplifiers were made, using the master slice technique. They were tested both as amplifiers and as gyrators. The principal fault lies in the marginally low Q, which peaks at about 100 at low frequencies. The Q can be raised by fabricating the circuits with a low resistivity epitaxy, as this will raise the output impedance of the amplifiers. (Author)
