Some Physical Chemistry Laboratories in the Paris Area,

Abstract

The research programs of three large and well-equipped laboratories of physical chemistry or chemical physics in the Paris area are described briefly. Solids, liquids, and gases are investigated by a wide variety of methods, particularly those of spectroscopy, with the object of studying structure and intermolecular forces, and molecular dynamics.
