COSMOS A: Operations and User's Manual.

Abstract

The report describes the COSMOS A system and provides the operating instructions for the programs, as well as the special review and evaluation procedures for staff personnel working with the system. The COSMOS A system consists of a combination of four computer programs, plus a set of manual data review and editing procedures. Its purpose is to reconstruct single-unit tracks of ships and submarines from navigation, ship control and engineering operation data. (Author)
