Method for Rapid Determination, by Means of a Detector Tube, of a Very Small Quantity of Ethylene,

Abstract

The development of a detector for small amounts of ethylene is discussed. The detector consists of isilica gel containing ammonium molybdate and palladium sulfate. Ethylene turned these crystals a deep blue.
