Abstract

The object of the Production Engineering Measure is to improve production techniques for the manufacture of a subminiature high-reliability ceramic capacitor to attain a 0.001% maximum allowable operating failure rate per 1,000 hours when tested at 200% of the DC rated voltage with a 90% confidence level per MIL Specification MIL-C-39014.
