Optimal Polynomial Regression Design.

Abstract

The literature on optimal experimental designs has been reviewed and perused for selection of well-defined results. The characterization and calculation of optimal designs is performed for the case of polynomial regression in one dimension. In addition, other related problems are investigated and a system of references for these is developed. Also performed is a partial investigation of multidimensional problems. (Author)
