New Criteria for Fire Protection of Large Air Force Warehouses. Volume I. Field Inspection Simulated Fire Test and Recommendations.
Abstract
A study is made of existing fire protection at representative AMC type warehouses as a basis for the development of new protection criteria. Three fire tests involving typical Air Force warehouse fuels and hazard conditions (1) demonstrated the inadequacy of existing protection, and (2) provided additional data for subsequent evaluation of alternatives for upgrading protection.
