Read-Only Memories.

Abstract

The report describes the integrated circuit (IC) read-only memories (ROMs) with regard to characteristics and application for the purpose of acquainting the systems engineers with these circuit elements. In addition, some old and new aspects to be considered in the development and design of ROM SHP modules are presented to encourage and stimulate creative thinking by the SHP module design engineers.
