The contents of this report include the following: Geophysical characteristics Turbulence forecasting; Bren tower, thunderstorm, and wake turbulence investigations; Comparison of LO-LOCAT phases I and II with phase III data; Comparison of LO-LOCAT (phases I, II, and III) with other low altitude turbulence data; Additional research.
