Abstract
The report summarizes the progress made in basic and applied solid state research in the Applied Physics Department of the U. S. Naval Ordnance Laboratory during 1969. The fields of research covered semiconductors, magnetic material, metals, amorphous semiconductors, photoconductivity, laser optics and metallurgy. (Author)
