Environmental Tests of the DOO8 Active Dosimeter.

Abstract

Environmental test support for the qualification testing of an active dosimeter to be flown on the first NASA Skylab Mission as part of Department of Defense Experiment DOO8 was provided by AFSWC. The dosimeter was subjected to acceleration, shock, vibration, low temperature, high temperature, and low pressure conditions. The dosimeter was visually inspected and operated after each test.
